Amy has been Gluten Free since she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 10 years ago. She manages Bloated Belly Co, a blog dedicated to simple & minimal ingredient recipes for those on a FODMAP, Gluten, and Dairy free diet.  Belly & Co. was created to help others get back to living a regular lifestyle with a not so regular diet restrictions!

Interview with Mike Frolichstein

Michael Frolichstein was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 10 years ago. Since then he created the Celiac Project Documentary to raise awareness about Celiac Disease. He also created the Celiac Project Podcast, along with his co-host Cam Weiner. Each week they talk about all things Gluten Free and feature guests from the Gluten Free Community. Interview with Matt Hansen

Matt was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2008 while he was a freshman in college. Since then he has traveled the world while eating a 100%  Gluten Free diet. He created Wheatless Wanderlust to share his travel experiences, lessons learned and help show that you can eat Gluten Free anywhere in the world. Interview with Joe Morris

Joe Morris is an established homebrewer that has been brewing beer since 2007. He was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2017 and has since made the switch to brewing Gluten Free Beer. He is the founder of Zero Tolerance Gluten Free Homebrewing Club that meets regularly at Ground Breaker brewing. Check out their facebook group here for an updated meeting schedule.
